Where a fault is a product issue Bella Vista will rectify the matter.
Where a service call out is due to an installation fault, I understand I will incur the following charges by Bella Vista.
We therefore encourage each client to try and identify the claim issue prior to a site visit.
The service call charges are as follows:
On-site Visits: $180 + GST to assess the issue
Parts or Products: Parts and or products will be charged at RRP pricing
Non product fault: Further charges will be incurred if a Bella Vista representative needs to rectify the issue. Charges will be discussed on a case by case basis
